What defines a translation as ''not respecting the author''? Honest question.

Piracy helps the manga/manhwa/manhua to be recognized and gain public overseas, and then they can get an oficially translated release. If anything, unofficial translations exists so the series can get an official translation. And DUO achieved this point. An official translation respects/supports the autor just by existing.

Did that official site do anything that bad that I am not aware of?
