Wow it’s so crazy to reread the first chapter! Gosho’s writing style seems so different as the series goes on!! He definitely improved quite a bit! I like his writing style much better now!

Actually the first strike was meant to knock him out, then he used the drug to confuse the police on the actual time of death, so it will be harder to track where they are now. If they make the police believe that one strike killed him (cause the poison was 'supposedly' untraceable then they will think that a long time passed since the cause would be that he bled to death. Thus they would think killers ran far away by now.
