the one panel that is echoed in the page has been fixed. "who (besides him) would have thought that it'd come to this.
but Kir's response is still based off the old TL. just focusing on flow, i think it should be "I'm also surprised that it came to this." nothing against old TL for not knowing the sentence had an ambiguous subject.

The last two panels shows how much of a mastermind Conan is to deceive not only the FBI but the BO at the same time.
