Waiting for User Devilman Chapter Splitting

EN Vol1-5 and ES Vol1-2 need to be split into individal chapters.

• prologue or chapter 0: beginning to page 37 because there is a page splitting the chapter in two. (It should be merged with chapter 1)

2. page 68 to page 118
3. page 119 to page 169
4. page 170 to page 219
5. page 220 to page 234
6. page 235 to page 253 (end)

Also there is a missing page Chapter 6 for the brazilian release and the chapter are messed up... (chapter 6 for example must be split because the beginning is volume 1 and the end volume 2)
