For once, I wish this was a company that was actually fully supportive of the specialty that they found and not attempting to manipulate him emotionally for their obvious benefit like this. This in spite of their statements before the mission...there's always some blatant amount of social-ladder or totem-pole corruption that is occurring around the MC in these manhwa. The MC's already got an inkling of it. Even if in the long run they go "we acted like this for your benefit", and that was actually legit...it would just be a story cop-out honestly. It's a shame, there was a chance for a break-out from that cliche, but this chapter kicks that out the door.
