hmm this is very similar to "raid" which the manhwa that jaimini box is translating... by similar i mean that the mc is just suddenly has a good leadership out of nowhere. yes, it is cool but i guess this is what people would call a plot hole... for me in order for them to fix this plot hole is to show us the mc's history like "the mc likes to read the art of war from history books..." or something like it...
