@QuietSnowy he's telling them to give him extra money so he doesn't come to deal with them anymore, because he's harder to trade with than the other guy.
He's showing his face so they know he won't break the promise and come back disguised, since if he didn't show his face he could always come back and they wouldn't know it's him.
