Damn, now this was a blast from the past.

I guess this short is reference to Tezuka's Black jack manga, about a doctor who lost his scapel inside his patient body during operation, years later they found out about it and the scapel was found encase with calcium like subtance just like a pearl, protecting the patient from death many years later.

Brain surgery is debatably more stressful and terrifying for both parties, I’d assume. So with that in mind… I mean, fair enough, but to cry for this instead of that? Lol I dunno.
