does blocking a group also block its manga/manhua from appearing?

Found a group that claims to exclusively upload manhua and manhwa, if I block them, will whatever series they upload get block too?

Unless someone else is also doing the same series I believe. Then you'll just see the other group's uploads.

Did something similar for Touhou project manga. Blocked a couple groups that seem to upload them and now I don't see quite as many.
