I hate that the writing is actually coherent and follow-able enough while keep sticking with the initial focus (the dad) every now and then to keep the story engaging. It seems the authors know what kinda story they more or less want to make, and it takes some skill to do that

I'm not joking when I say this is a MASTERPIECE. The goofy humor just adds to everything but it's more than just a dog who wants to rape his dad. The story has interesting plot build up, foreshadowing, unique characters, and I'm unironically a dog ningen fan. I love the action scenes they're so fucking raw. This is an amazing series and I wish it could get its own an official anime. Rex is definitely one of my favorite characters, he acts stupid, and silly, and is just a goofball sometimes, and is seeming to progress though out the story. This is absolutely PEAK FICTION.
