Well the teacher is definitely a bad guy so theres no way she died here

1. invited MC to the hunt when she heard hes strong to test him
2. Tried to kill him via remote controlled ape
3. Questioned kuudere girl if she noticed anything after like the remote control charm
4. Excluded MC from the boss fight even though it was made clear many times that they are understaffed right now and need the help

I guess maybe shes remote controlled too

Not necessarily the teacher but their organization is shifty as fuck.
