The girl surely eats more than normal human, and her manager, the girl in glasses eat the same thing without any guilt. The only problem is her job, which is a toxic industry but she can always quit. She wanted to keep it easy, and still eat whatever she wants, then she needs to work for it. The monster is just a funny metaphor.Could work serialized. I like the internal conflict between guilt over binge eating, but not wanting to demonize the food you love, or begin hating yourself. The series could end up with the food apparitions taking a more friendly role of giving her the energy needed for a satisfying workout, and a beach episode with cute swimsuits, and a grilled fish monster making her swim long distance could work
