The plot is kinda creative but I don't like the way Japanese do the "misunderstanding" trope. It is quite off-putting always having the mc be the butt of the joke, which isn't even funny...

I'm not expecting him to be some typical big ego apha male 0 flaws cringelord but would be great if he had some self-respect and wasn't such a sad existence. No talent, no intelligence, childish, self-deprecating thoughts, a brain full of sex, a life of insulted by the opposite sex, insulted by the goddess even in his inner monologue and happy with a crumble of affection.
