Wait, I thought magic users can naturally blow smoke from their mouths as well? We've seen En and Noi do it before, so why did Chota had to undergo a surgery for him to be able to do it?

@7goat it's all about genetics I guess, the same way some magic users can't use their magic without surgery, like Shin, maybe some are born naturally with the ability to breathe smoke, or maybe En had the surgery and it didn't get botched

Maybe the issue is that when you breath smoke it goes through your lungs and throat and mouth on the way out?

Total non-issue for Noi cuz her smoke heals, probably fine for En (trying to remember if he casually blows smoke or if it only happens when things are bad) clearly a problem for Chota (maybe just a problem now because he needs Shin's magic to keep working)
