What the hell is this harem shit bruh? Why do Japanese authors always do this? Every romcom is instantly ruined when it suddenly introduces harem element in the middle of the story. If you want to incorporate harem then do it from the very beginning. Stop building up normal relationships and then completely assfucking it by making it a harem.
