Uhm, if a doctor's known as the "Terminator", shouldn't that raise some red flags?

In a sense, they're both correct. One is prioritizing the patient's call for do not recussitate and the other sees it as the patient is still alive and should focus on keeping it that way.

Both have their merits and it's hard to say one side is completely wrong.

I'm sure everything will turn out alright for our doctor, but it often happens that when the patient's family ignores their DNR request or insists on keeping them alive at any cost, the patient's resulting quality of life is....... not great. Obviously not entirely applicable here, and there are miraculous recoveries, but just wanted to note that Dr. Terminator isn't necessarily in the wrong here.

If I wanted to be left without treatment, but was forced to receive it, and probably even shoulder the medical fees, I wouldn't be happy about that at all.

Dr. Ebato just wants to harvest the organs. There's a big, twisted scandal at work.

You can argue that the patient is not in a right state of mind to make judgement due to the life threatening condition, thus the doctor is able to ignore his "Do not resuscitate" wish.

However, if the patient has a written living will then that's another story. A doctor would likely be sued to hell and back if he/she force treatment on a DNR patient because there certainly exist a "fate worse than death" for some patient.
