Seriously, I thought during last chapter we would finally see her in a new light... AND THEN SHE IMMEDIATELY HAS A HEART ATTACK AND IS SAVED AGAIN!

She's supposed to be the top dog in terms of fighting prowess, and while I'm sure the MMC is hiding something that would reveal why he is also very strong, She should be as strong if not stronger than he is.

Also, I feel like that Rain lady (from the last chapter) is going to be more significant than it seems, she's too strong and knowledgeable. I betting she's the MMC's teacher or something of the sort.

How the fuck does the ocean inside the dragon have tides? Did the dragon eat a fucking moon as well?

The changes in the level of liquid could be caused by the dragon simply drinking, digesting and peeing.

Waves tho, are caused by wind and tectonic activities which could be bowel movements or the dragon simply flying around.
If it's big enough to have an ocean and many weather phenomenon then it's also certainly big enough to have winds strong enough to make waves.

Plus, since this is a fantasy it wouldn't be impossible for a chamber with weird gravity and stuff. Calling it now.

Yep, you could say that. Desk jobs increase heart risk mainly due to prolonged sitting, reduced muscle activity, and slow blood circulation. That's why you need to balance your desk job and getting proper exercise or else 'getting rusty' is the least problem you gonna have.
