Nomamoto's casual attempted murder being brushed off and played for laughs is kind of undercutting the rest of this chapter, unless it's foreshadowing for Lily♪'s improbably continued survival.

I just remembered that Nomamoto was bleeding black goo at one point, but she seems to have stopped after god knows how many aliens she's eaten. Makes me think that eating aliens will stop the disease, or at the very least prolong it. If Lily♪ suddenly goes cannibal and comes back to Earth, that'd be a wild surprise.

Just man up and kill Lily♪ already, Seiran. The zombie can't kill you until his own goals have been satiated anyway.

As it stands right now, I really can't see how the manga continues past Lily, especially with Seiran as he is. I also can't see Nomamoto as an outright antagonist, but who knows.
