pretty simple actually. These days a fascist is someone you don't like. Their political ideology or their leaning on the political spectrum doesn't matter if you hate them then they are a fascist....


In all seriousness tho a fascist means someone who espouses militaristic, authoritarian, dictatorial, centralized economical and usually (but not always i suppose) racist of at the very least xenophobic attitudes and beliefs


Anyways i don't know how people think this manga is xenophobic, alt right or just downright racist...

You're a real idiot aren't you? This isn't about white people or america. Americans didn't mass immigrate to Japan or steal Japanese women or a bunch of stuff that happens in the first chapters. Japan deserved everything they got after ww2 considering what they did and America never colonised Japan. You should learn what that term means. No it's not that. It's the details involved here. The manga is clearly satire and leading up to things but they can't fathom that or separate ficiton from reality and assume the author is a nazi just like how george lucas wants to be galactic emperor and oda is ok with slavery irl because it's in one piece... OH WAIT neither of those are true but remember these people don't have proper media literacy.

When every single alien that Nomamoto meets is rude and dismissive towards her at best.
When aliens can kill a whole family in a drunk driving incident and get away scot free.
When new housing gets built solely for aliens, who then also get free parking
When aliens can run an entire factory without speaking human language, pay their human workers a pittance, and even hit them if they don't behave how they want them to.

I mean, it's only the first chapter, maybe these will be contextualised in a way that gives the aliens more nuance/depth. But as it stands, the aliens seem pretty bad.

Funny how similar things are happening in Europe and especially Britain.

I am pretty sure this is a joke username. There was a meme going around not long ago where someone with that username was replying to a serious conversation about something unrelated.

Japanese isn't a race, being against colonization isn't racist, nor is equally wanting all ethnic groups on earth to retain control of their lands. You can't even explain your thoughts, so you fall back on crying racism.

You don't know that, from the first chapter at least. They certainly seem to be as sentient and intelligent as humans, but there's not enough info to definitively say that their moral capacity is the same.

The only evidence we have of the aliens doing good is destroying the meteor (which is questionable as to whether that actually happened), sharing advanced technology with humans (for which there can be plenty of possible ulterior motives), and I guess the girl with the alien boyfriend seemed pretty happy? (Though she could just be drunk on the fact that she's dating one of humanity's saviours.)

Again, only 1 (one) chapter out so far, so maybe reserve your judgements.
