So, apparently Akira did attack the six clones at the same time, if I understood this chapter correctly. At least it means he did something. Of course the eye singularity still isn't dead. It would be good for the story if Akira immediately launched a second attack in the very beginning of the next chapter, while the eye singularity possibly is slightly less prepared, after barely surviving duke Cold's attack.

now that im rereading these wothout the terrible translation. i realized the problem the story has created by utilizing powers such as "super speed slashes" and teleportation which is that time scale is super eonky when the artosts crams so many different action shots and angles and whatnot, whivh could help explain akira's current actions: he just literally can barely keep up.

That's a good point. Part of Akira's unbecoming lack of initiative might indeed be due to what you said. It's too bad the artist couldn't build the battle presentation better, resulting in such a general impression. I'm sure an artist as competent as this could have handled it better, without making it seem like Akira was just standing still with his mouth hanging open most of the time, while others were fighting.

Guys, u need to understand, our heroes dont want to be so coward, so they try with all forces to do a fair 1v1, thats why 99% of the time the others are not attacking, just doing pog faces

The constantly switching POV makes it really unclear which character has the internal monologue. This is a really poorly written action sequence. It’s so difficult to keep track of what’s happening.

EDIT: just want to clarify that I think this a problem with the writing and art, not the scanslation. The TL and typesetting are fine. The writer and the artist dropped the ball. This entire sequence is a mess.

Is it just me, or does it consistently say "he" when it means "I" and such stuff?

They fight like in a turn based RPG. They wait for each other's attack to finish first like a moron instead of just jumping at the enemy at the same time. I mean instead of just gasping and staring when your party attacking, attack when your enemy is vulnerable dammit.

Finally we’re getting through this fight, it took a while but it seems like we’re going to get the conclusion soon. Hopefully Akira beats the shit out of that guy and ends him? I might be hoping for too much but Akira should be able to obliterate this guy with how much firepower he should have left.
