This pissed the hell outta me. With how the build up was, how the people reacted, how the fight began, and how it all ended. Those people are dumb, the last thing you wanted to do was to piss off a singularity. MC also handled that fight poorly and ended up getting bodied and not showing his capabilities. Like wtf. And wtf was that people? You were scared then suddenly some shitty talk convinced you he wasn't a threat? Make up your damn mind.
Pissed me off so much that I had to make comment in a chapter in manga and I normally don't.

Well, I suppose Calliope already showed the masses that she can beat the special operations summoner from Stromheim, so it was best to end the show here. After all, continuing the fight might have looked like Pansylvania intends to openly turn hostile toward Stromheim. That obviously isn't their intention since they do cooperate with Stromheim on paper. Although I'm certain they have made sure Medis & Gang won't actually make any progress in Pansylvania regarding the red potion or anything else significant. Unless they plan to create a debt of gratitude.
