I just love that channel name. "Crazy Woman Who Hears Houses Talk". It's so on the nose.
I feel like it's kind of cheating to include the ad revenue from youtube as Kana's income. Chie's still doing the majority of the work for that (editing videos, managing the channel, etc) so it's technically her income. Plus you'll never hownlong that income stream will continue. The algorithm can change and so could the audience's taste.
Though Kana did gain a lot of qualifications and skills in this chapter. Plus she'll have a lot of leftover materials and equipment which can be used for other porjects. Her next house is bound to be more profitable, provided she's able to hold herself back and not turn the house into an outlandish, overly-extravegent and unsellable nightmare (a la Extreme Makeover Home Addition).
