Reminds me of the song Kanon made about Keima in TWGOK that she sung at the dome. It was really sweet.
It didn't implicate a very specific person so it was fine, but to us viewers it was very obvious who she was singing to.

In this case, Kirara's fanbase (and the girl herself as an idol) are both pretty quirky so it might actually fly even if she says Chie's name. IDK
