According to the main page there's 4 more chapters. Says the last one is Ch 25. So presumably there's going to be some sort of proper conclusion. More than likely its going to be nothing more than Sora gaining some level of awareness of Ame's memories and feelings, but they still have a little bit to go before it wraps up.

DID is bull to begin with. The cases it's based off of are pretty ridiculous. That doesn't mean it can't make for a decent story though, this ones just okay. What's more important in a narrative like this is internal consistency and they don't seem to have screwed that up yet.

Don't you hate it when FICTION is different from reality?

When you make fiction different from reality you have the obligation to expose to your reader how said fiction works entirely, else people will use real knowledge to fill the gaps as they have nothing else to fill those with and you cannot form a thought with those gaps
Thats is and will always be the author's fault and people should stop using it as an excuse for poor developed plots
