Yeah I'm not with it. The tournament arc should be the only source of drama and tension. It didn't need a sexual assault, kidnapping, and implied threat of gang rape. Especially by strangers who just dropped off a "bully" minor character that was part of the MC's origin. The author forced this in to create fake tension and to functionally establish a bond between these two girls, who have ALREADY had an encounter before. And if its also gonna turn out to be that she is weakened by the fucking assault that took place outside by rapists and will cause her to lose the match, I'm gonna lose full faith in this authors ability to tell a story.
