Promoting uploaders (and their sites) that are profiting directly off of selling unliscensed translated chapters is how they got DMCA'd in the past.

Everything that happened is incredibly dumb, no logic (which can be expected), it's too predictable, some visuals look off (questionable) and it doesn't even have anything to make up for it.

There are between 1000 and 2000 people in my neighborhood, so statistically there would be one or two guys there. Maybe three. It's a nice neighborhood. Women might not see guys ten times a day, but once or twice a day wouldn't be weird. Celebrities are probably closer to 1:100000, and I've met several of those.
