absolutely baffling premise. so deep in rpg regurgitation that its forgotten dungeons are places that are or were used by people

That's was the original premise behind tabletop RPGs and such but not long after they hit video game consoles you started getting "dungeons" in locations like volcanos with no hit of them ever being inhabited beings that would use containers, yet still contain intact if not pristine treasure chests with perfectly useable contents inside, including even currency that's accepted in the shops of the "current" era.

I love this kind of unique take on the fantasy genre. Hope the translation is still going
