Trying to find a manga similar like this where dungeons are common occurences in modern world, MC is an old veteran who is serving his last year of a government mandated 5 year run as adventurer, and initial premise is him joining a party of hotshot newbies (all girls) and teaching them the way of adventuring.

Appreciate if anyone can give me a title!

It's a Government run honey trap, so obviously they would make sure to censor any info that gets leaked to the public.

Government doesn't want people to independently enter dungeon and earn money from it, probably means that they get high incentive from running those Dungeon Training Schools (probably they have high entry fee structure).
They also don't want people to easily die inside dungeon, especially those who enter independently.
I think there is probably some international rule which the Government can't defy, so they have to allow independent explorers.
But if those independent explorers die inside the dungeon, the government would be heavily criticized.
So, they came up with the Honey Trap marketing system, which basically exploits the youth, by making them go bankrupt (and filling their own pockets at the same time) by tricking them to buy expensive defensive gears, so that those independent explorers don't immediately die, but because they won't have any money left, they are either forced to give-up on independent exploring or forced to join those Dungeon training schools.

The last translated chapter I read had him take them on a goblin hunt as a baptism of fire.
