Bro this manga is beautiful, honestly top 1 so far. The characters are truly real, they are unique and change. Starting off from just being a cool, funny, dungeon food-manga to something that I would call religious (which is insane). Like this chapter alone introduces parts from hinduism. This incredible abstract philosophical perspective on the world LIKE ITS A DAMN DUNGEON MANGA WHO IS THIS AUTHOR?

But right when it eats "the desire", whoever used to have it, dies.
That thing sure consumes the "desire" but it would be a one-second deliciousness that will go away after.

It doesn't want that.

interesting that marcille and the demon are both struggling with things being fleeting and eventually ending. the demon wants the taste of desires to last forever, and marcille wants people to live longer
