I have prediction and I hope it isn't true. What's might happen in the next 1 or 2 chapters is the puppet sword becomes a girl and because of Agetha's jealousy she kills MC again forcing him to restart and not get his full revenge on the village (maybe a slower one). Remember if Agetha can leave her seal she can find her way out the dungeon because the path has been opened.

We don't really know enough about Namia to say but she would probably either run away or try to bring him back to normal, either way I doubt she'd approve

Hardly. I just get tired of revenge where the protag just gives up 3 issues deep. Or it never actually happens because the revenge target party dies... or in case of "kicked out" tropes.
Party fails main target becomes a demon and is defeated and left to wander.

Or knes that never fucking go anywhere after like 3 issues.

Pretty sure he gave up on her when he was in the dungeon. Also my money's on either the sword doing her in or ageha killing her because ageha knows what got mc trapped in the dungeon in the first place
