She's stuck in her ruthless predator form from next loop onwards. Also, the big twist here is that her kind is basically a hard counter for heroes who was gifted the save and reset skill because they're somewhat unaffected by the flow of altered time and remain the state as they naturally are. In this case, she's naturally reverted to a monster due to her failed transformation and is no longer in her sword form.

This is definitely the generic power fantasy revenge manga but the worldbuilding is phenomenal and the lore is consistent.
