Ayup. Diet low in oxalates, lots of water, all that. I honestly wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy, glad you've not had a relapse.Daaaangggg. That sucks.
I only had 1 really big one in August 2018. I've tried to be careful since then with avoiding things known to contribute to kidney stones as well as increasing daily fluid intake. My dad would get them every 4-5 years. I'm approaching 7 years at this point.
At least I am lucky enough to have socialized medicine, and I live in a small enough town where the hospital staff knows me.
