Kinda weird that an 18-year-old girl just stopped being able to walk. Perhaps we'll get more info on her backstory next chapter. Maybe magic was involved? In any case, now that she's walking again, our saint has another miracle to add to his resumé. Hopefully this isn't going to raise people's expectations too much, because he's going to be in trouble if people start bringing him actual paraplegics to cure.

Could be she did suffer some kind of injury six years ago and this world doesn't have the concept of physical therapy so when she did try to walk she was too weak, that does seem unreasonable though with how old the people are, some of them even have canes.

iirc it's just that the scanlators used to be using volume raws until they caught up and aren't going back to update on volume releases

As far as I know lack of nipples isn't even censorship, apparently a lot of magazines just don't show nipples at all and artist adds them in the tank version

Also, as far as I know actual censorship only happens with digital version of chapters released for free in apps, probably because anyone can see them including children, cue black boxes

From what I noticed it seems that when digital raw is released on sites it also doesn't have censorship, it seems to be entirely an app issue

In the case of this series we got a lot of chapters before that had no nipples cause the tank version wasn't out yet so this isn’t even new

In short anyone whining about nipples and censorship is just being a fucking baby and want to be a victim over a non issue

it's possible you're thinking of this series anyway, I dunno exactly when they went back and uploaded new versions, them fixing them could be a relatively recent addition. I just know the whole "no nips until volume release" thing is pretty common, so I dunno when this series does it vs another, etc, just that it's probably what's happening here too.
