Man the author has had the past six months to avoid going the same stupid route that killed his web novel version and yet here we are, same stupid separation with no resolution given to any of the girls. Can't wait until we get to the cross dressing arc that put the nail in the coffin.

So even though this thing's called running an inn on a dungeon island (in a world ruled by women) this author couldn't help but want more from this premise and that lead to the slog that is what it currently is? Time to ignore this for 5 years and see if it eventually gets better.

the early chapters were good as there is an inn and girls were going in and out of the story, but now, this is so lost.

Now onto the story, as what others said, understandable that the party disbanded.
Cecily uphold her knight oath, a knight cannot serve two masters on same time. Rouge uphold her bond with Cecily and honestly, she is truly a BRO. Miina on other hand should stay with Shirou, WTF DUDE you practically throwing away the weakest member of your party alone, practically sentenced her to death.

Now personal complaint, Cecily died once and Shirou revived her. By this factor, Cecily should not leave as she OWE Shirou for her life, she should serve Shirou as HIS KNIGHT until Shirou tell her that her service is no longer needed.
Not the worse plot, but also not a good plot for writing their character.
