If pirate girl comes to the island, I imagine she's gonna need a villain considering her backstory, so I figure Janice isn't gonna be dead + figure it out + follow her (either the healer's already there when the guy escapes, or she gets healed otherwise), so I imagine this plan aint gonna work out as well as this guy hopes (maybe he even meets up the pirate on the road after running away).
