I love how the message is clearly well delivered and so impactful for me but i don't like about the story and it's whole plot of the manga

The last arc is pretty terrible. The author rushes to a nonsensical climax just to align with gnostic prophecy without the viewer getting any closure. The big bads ruined the world in a self-fulfilling prophecy, and they got away with it. Nothing beautiful or poetic about it.

Easily one of the best sci-fi stories I’ve ever read and one of the few I keep coming back to reread. It is simply peak.

One of the most brilliant, yet baffling stories I've ever read. At times, it's an incredible sci-fi which touches on some very existential questions, as well as socio-political issues that you really don't see explored in manga. On the other hand, it's filled with some truly bizarre writing decisions and dumb humor, and lots of (imo) unnecessary gratuitous sex. I feel like most of, if not all of those scenes could have been scrapped and the story wouldn't have changed much. I also wasn't a fan of the final arc, I felt certain characters got pushed to the side and that the messages the author was trying to convey simply weren't done very well. The last chapter was pretty memorable, however.

Overall, I will give this an 8/10. It could definitely have been so much better, but it is what it is.
