Interesting. He's reclarifying the fact that Draken's defeat was in part due to other facts too. Guess it's to try and make sure it can't be seen too much as being as simple as some of the old Fairy Tail fights, when here part of the defeat came from the fact Draken lost the power keeping him at his strongest (by being stable).
