@exia00111 I mean, it's not like every Tom, Dick, and Harry on the streets has it, and with so many populated worlds you can imagine the population in this setting. It makes sense if a lot of the main combatants in the cast are the ones that do have ether gear, since the kind of people who would be successful would tend to be powerful one way or another. It makes it look more common than it is since they're getting gathered up for the conflicts in the story.
