  • Abandon party member in a dungeon, check. (At least here, it's not "just because party is evil".)
  • MC does adventuring despite being objectively less capable than most, check. (Had no magic... though he looks decent with a sword.)
  • Childhood friend abandons MC... funny enough, opposite check. (Childhood friend is actually a friend for once. Nice.)
  • MC was actually a late bloomer and is actually OP, check.
Nothing too surprising so far... but seems like a decent start.
At least, the former party was not just evil for the sake of being evil.

Wow, the red-themed redhead uses water instead of fire. That's as novel as her not immediately backstabbing him. Shame the rest of this was rote as fuck. Skills, because of course. Levels, because of course. Menu notifications, because of course. Random familiar, because of course.

After checking out the raws since are at chapter 10, i'll give this one a chance since it seemed interesting tbh, though mostly nothing new out of this trope

Since is an adaptation, tried to find if the Novel was translated, but nothing, i guess always hard to find translation for novels that get published in Alphapolis

Their power having an avatar that talks and is a character within the comic is so overdone to this point it is practically a cliche at this point, oh and yet another MC with "The Everything" skill... How many of these terrible by the numbers fantasies do I have to follow and read every chapter of!? It's all so tiresome...

Kinda funny how a person ability to control magic is being timegated, and not to mention there's a whole ass timer for that. Granted, this is still the first chapter, maybe they'll explain it later... or never. And therefore I shall bookmark and read this manga. Obviously not because I like cliche stuff like this. Nuh uh. :pepehmm:

This says a lot about the sorry state of friendships in fantasy manga. :D
Right!? Like don't they know the amazing power of ~friendship~!? Look at Fairy Tale or Inazuma 11. They embody the amazing strength of friendship.

First, I would not classify Inazuma 11 as fantasy.
Second, that was a joke. Obviously, "power of friendship" is a pretty common template in manga. To some ridiculous extent at times, but I think Fairy Tail plays it pretty well.
Third, joke as it may be, the trope of "getting kicked out of the party" is often paired with the party's leader (sometimes the whole party, but that's pretty rare) being the MC's childhood friend, and a jerk. It's not an absolute rule obviously, but it does happen a lot.
