Really nice Re-work, comparing to the "original" first chapter it's much more clean. A well-thought translation and a great typeset is really important for comedic timing. Really appreciate the effort!
I've noticed that in your recent chapter you said that you have no raws for vol 2. Not sure if you're keeping the project, or just wants to make vol 3 to make another scanlation group interested, but you can find all the raws in the DLraw site. Not sure if I can post the link, so if you just search for "DLRAW" and search for "笑顔のたえない職場です" it will appear. It has most vols of the manga

After Volume 3, I've no plans to continue scanlating the series. I'm able to put a 120% in the chapters because I know I have an end which is great mentally. I did purchase the volumes, so I don't have to worry about finding the raws. I started on volume 3 because someone had the raws, and thought it be a fun temporary project. I definitely hope another group will pick up the series, especially since the anime is now in the works! Woo!! Thank you for the kind words and advice!!
