I get some people don't like OP main characters, but holy crap the opposite is even worse. Can Rinslet get in ONE fight she doesn't get absolutely destroyed in? Every single chapter is just: OP vampire arrives, kills every human, defeats Rinslet in one swing and they have to wait for her girlfriend to show up and win (after everyone else is already dead). It's just so bleak and edgy and Rinslet is so unbelievably useless that it's hard to care about anything. I showed up for the yuri and even that hasn't been in a thing in so many chapters. I wasn't expecting a romcom here but holy crap can we get some level of variety, please?

Blame the writter/author. They lack the imagination of doing more than that and think unnecessary levels of gore and shock value are enough to compensate.

I actually like it; she didn't have the time to get accustomed to her newfound powers and until now she didn't drink any blood. Reminds me of Hellsing. Sure, Victoria kicked some low-level butts, but as soon as one of the serious "vamps" showed up she got screwed hard and only after drinking living human blood did her own power manifest.

I speculate that if this manga wasn't axed, it would probably let Rin get her own cool moment but as far as the current story progressed, she's rank bottom on the fledgling scale and personally I don't see anything wrong with that.
