Seeing the knight captain curb-stump, and I mean, absolutely destroy the vampires -- makes me wonder if there's anything special about her.

It's not that she's just skilled with a sword or something, that's absurd. That's not remotely enough to do the things she's doing.
I'm torn between: "She's just a cool character and there's nothing to it", and: "It might be a small hint to the fact she's not exactly 100% human either (not necessarily a vampire, but, clearly she has something going on there)".
I'm honestly leaning more towards the former.

Ok now that leads me into my next question if your so fucking strong why is the gap between you and literally everyone else astronomical, I can't recall a single instant where your group of vampire slayers managed to even hold your own and all the sudden your strongest is no diffing presumably stronger vampires (which at most their more dangerous stronger is laughable) do you not teach your soldiers dear? How are you so strong
