It's 15 chapters in and I kinda just realized that his subordinates are unnamed. Or did I miss pages where they were introduced? I only remember one dark elf with a proper name.

chapter 2 named Soshie(elf main assistant)
chapter 5 named Daemora(beastkin main assistant) and Fophos(dark elf main assistant)
chapter 9 named Amalthia; her name was on that debt/contract, but wasn't actually mentioned until chapter 11
The main ogre and gnome(the ones on this pg; whom seem to be the "main" girls of each race) have not been named, as far as I know.

I think he did it mostly to avoid purges and instability.The nobles reappear in later chapters and my memory is fuzzy but Gaikaku despised the guys and rejected their sponsorship offers.

Point is he feels disgusted by the nobles causing troubles with their childish squabble but punishing them will cause even more chaos so he lets them go, rejecting their offer to sponsor the knight order.
