@Xandran I think it has to do with how she appreciates that she could test some of her power against him. He was an asshole before, but he was not really that bad of a person. As he is now he is a piece of shit but she is still thankful to him for the earlier fight. It's kinda like when someone you know used to be very close to you and even though they have changed you still try to remember them how they were before.

Thank you for the chapter, it was great. It's not so much that she no longer cares about the struggle between good and evil or the perceptions of such. She even said in the last chapter that she agreed with the knights reasoning and intentions though his methods were sketch. She just doesn't want the obligations of being a leader or chosen one anymore. She doesn't want the burden that comes with responsibilities from supporting a side or ideal. She just wants to live for herself and hone her abilities. Yes she's incredibly selfish and naive, people will find out about her power seek her out and do what ever she can to either join a side or exterminate because she's to much of an anomaly that could lead to disastrous results for whatever nation she ends up in. But she isn't evil she's just being very ignorant, self-centered, irresponsible, and apathetic because she just wants to live for herself and be in an endless state of playing king of the hill with whatever she comes across or with whatever seeks her out until either she stands on top of the hill alone or establishes that there is something out there that is more powerful then her and that she can't beat.

From what I understood in the wn, the Hyrule Menace are lowlander or highlander modified by highland to serve as battleforce.

They are more powerfull than lowlander but still are nothing when compared to MC.

Someone else in the comments touched on this, but I want to elaborate;

Even if Glis/Kris/Inglis could solve all of the kingdom's problems, she doesn't want to as she views it as not her problem. Her priorities are as follows:

1. Keep Rafinha and their Families safe
2. Fight Strong stuff
3. Get Stronger
4. Fight stronger stuff
???
?. Profit

She does not care herself about what happens to the world- she will do what Rafinha wants to do and will follow her into battle, so any attempts at winning Glis over to their side will have to involve Rafi. Though I'm sure if she sees Rafi going on a bad path, she'll stop her.

However, unlike most edgelord protagonists, she's not going to turn into the Demon Lord for her goal- that would mean harming her family. She's not malevolent or violent, she just wants a good fight.

Why? The kingdom she spent her entire last life making has no traces left of existing so far as we know, so all of her previous life's work was meaningless, so she decided to not bother this time around.
