Okay the storyline has unfortunately lost me. Its one thing to have time travel, its also one thing to have alternate dimensions, but having both at the same time is just utterly confusing.

Now the story is going to be saving another world with basically another setting, plot and etc. This manga was cool, but wow, I feel like it's been going downhill for a while now.

This really sucks thats there just not a single drop of tension whatsoever. I'd honestly have more respect if once they get to the king, they just flick him to death like nothing. At least I'll get a small kick out of it.

This story is better when its simple slice of life

Most time travel stories are needlessly convoluted by necessity. Otherwise their audience would more easily call the author on the BS that their stroy really is.

The basic plot is thus.
The King dud was the ruler of the nation that MC was from in the orignal timeline. his nation was loosing the war, and only survived because of the MC. When MC allowed himself to be killed by attending FMC's funeral, the Dud King took the Hero's sword and traveled a few thousand years into the future. He then set about sending pawns back in time to erase his former nation from history and plotting his return....

Yes it really is that stupid. Hence the needlessly convoluted time travel bullshit to pretend the story hadn't been thrown into a dumpster and lit on fire.
