I think she's ostracized because of her cursed power, somehow made a friend with a hero in that time. Something bad happened, she needs to be killed or the world is in jeopardy, and hero unwillingly fought her. They somehow both died but they're in understanding that they were in good terms with one another, they were just in a bad situation.
That's why they aren't in hostile approach when they first time met after reincarnated, unlike "The Devil Is a Part-Timer"

Just looked into a long time question I have had. To me, when you see girls in manga shop for clothes, they always look so dated. I'm guessing that the 1980s were the last time frilly things were acceptable in the UK. So, i just googled Japanese fashion 2025, and my god, they do still dress in awful tat like that today!
