Hmmm, that could be interesting. A game where crafting is locked until you get a waifu, and what style of items they make is based on who you pick. So elf wife makes fancy looking swords while dwarf wife makes rugged looking versions. Are minor stat variations but not enough to make one objectively better so you can pick based on who you like the most without feeling like you are not playing the most effective build.

@starburst98 There will be overwhelming requests for a polyam (harem) route. And I'd be one of those people. As long as it doesn't get all the stat bonuses, it'd be fine.

That would be a secret route, would need you to new game+ several times and pick each girl. Once you picked them all once you unlock the all of them option. You gotta prove you deserve all of them.

When they toss around scientific numbers like this it makes you realize how stupidly retarded physics is in magic fantasy worlds. It makes sense in the context of their world. They're jumping down hundreds of meters. Of course anti-gravity exists. And it works through the power of magical thinking.

Considering how little we see of it, it's pretty impressive how much world building there is in this series compared to other fantasy (or isekai) works.
It's also interesting that Magritte seems surprised at how much of a badass Yura is in this chapter - she probably knew he was capable, but didn't think he was like a superhuman monster slayer like we see here. Which, gee, makes it all the more interesting why such a powerful person would work with a little elf woman. HINT, HINT Magritte.

Only bad thing is waiting another hit of weaponized-saccharine to arrive.
