Enable exact match search

Lots of authors and mangakas nowadays use a short pen name, like namo, Muku, and Amahara. Searching for "namo" as author currently in Mangadex results in partial matches being returned as well, which leads to 91 results being returned just for "namo".

We need an option added to the search function where enabling it makes the search only return exact matches.

Id say read the approved/rejected features list but then I realize that its not specifically on that list, but it is part of the author page, and the v5 upgrades
