Enable to filter multiple chapter languages in the settings

Especially for people who are capable of reading multiple languages, I believe would appreciate the option to filter more than one chapter language, e.g. English and French.
One (if not the main) reason is that some mangas (or chapters) are only being uploaded in certain languages. So, if you want to gain access to them, you currently have to manually switch the languages (if you don't want to enable all languages). And if you don't want to miss a newly released chapter/manga, you have to browse through the MD history (latest uploads) more than 1 times (depending on the number of languages you choose) which is very time-consuming.

It would be great if you could add this feature in the near future.

You can already do this. Just select all the languages you want to see and make sure they're all checked.
