I don't think the third guy is a commentor, he's wants to be but is unable to. He's likely trying to change the story like they are. and using some knowledge from the WN

he's probably someone who came from that world. they ran into someone who may be from that world, but I don't recall him being a part of the story outside of them running into him.

Oh, the plot thickens, I expected that sooner or later there would be some kind of explanation as to why the game world became real, if it's some science experiument (maybe very advanced AIs?) instead of the typical gods magic it could be very interesting
